Refill Your Single Twist Pen
REPLACING THE INK IN YOUR TWIST PEN
This pen uses standard Parker-style ink refills.
Unscrew the black tip of the pen by turning it counter-clockwise until it comes apart.
Remove the empty ink cartridge from the pen’s body and remove the spring. DO NOT discard the spring! The spring may be stuck in the tip of the pen—that’s fine too!
Place the spring on the new ink cartridge and insert the cartridge into the pen’s tip. If the spring is stuck in the pen’s tip, align the ink cartridge with the spring in the pen’s tip and then insert it.
Insert the ink cartridge in the pen’s tip into the pen’s body until the black tip meets the pen body. You may need to gently wiggle the cartridge until you can insert it fully.
Screw the black tip of the pen back onto the pen body by turning it clockwise until it’s tight.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the pen won’t turn or is tight or sticky when it turns, remove the ink cartridge and spring, then replace the spring upside-down on the cartridge. This should fix most issues with the ink extending correctly.
